Umusanzu Digital came to solve problems which was mentioned in  security contribution collection such as: 

• Uncertainty about the number of residents to pay a security contribution.
• Uncertainty about the contributors and those who have not.
• Uncertainty about the amount of security to be contributed in each village.
• Access to information in a quick way and reliably with help of technology, that allows everyone to get the same information from the village, cell and sector.
• Making a report on the collection of security contribution quickly and easy.
• Preventing and stopping burglary done in the collection of security contribution.
• Making easier paying the arrears (pending) and the ahead months’ advance for the residents.
• Fill in the details of the population who pay the security contribution with names, telephone numbers, where they resident: village, cell and sector. Citizens are included in this software based on the category they contribute to, because the contribution is made to each citizen according to either the ability of household or the size of business activity as regulated by the concept note of city of Kigali.
• Providing trust in the interaction between the client, employee and employer.
• To resolve fraudulent disputes between the payer and paying customer.
• Helping the client to pay using USSD method from home and elsewhere without requiring the reminder.
